I am also happy to accept direct bank transfers or cheque/postal orders, and in many cases I can offer a discount of 50p per nappy - please contact me (e-mail or phone).

UK Postage: FREE on all orders over £50, otherwise postage is just £1.50. I normally post 2nd Class, or Standard Parcels for large/valuable packages, but can post Next Day Delivery for an extra charge - please ask. Most items are posted the same day or next day.
Overseas orders: please do not use the shopping cart, as this does not allow for international shipping costs - please e-mail me with your order. Postage is charged at cost. I prefer to send by courier or Air Sure (priority tracked airmail) - these options are more expensive than standard airmail post, but are more reliable! Please note that I am not permitted to ship Tots Bots or Motherease products outside of the UK.
Returns policy: unwanted items can be returned unused, unwashed and in a resaleable condition within 14 days, for a refund less actual postage costs incurred. I reserve the right to apply a 10% re-stocking fee. Faulty items will be replaced within the manufacturer's guarantee period and according to their terms and conditions - please ask for details.
