Payment: I accept payment by credit and debit cards through PayPal, a secure payment gateway. For customers in the UK, I can also accept cheques, Postal Orders or direct bank transfers. Please make any cheques or Postal Orders payable to "Stratford Nappies". If you choose the bank transfer option, I will e-mail you with the details - however, if you are keen to process the transcation quickly please phone me on 07779 565559.

 

UK Postage: standard 2nd Class post, or Standard Parcels post for larger items, is FREE on all orders over £50, otherwise 2nd class postage is just £1.50. You can upgrade to 1st class in the shopping cart. Most items are posted the same day or next day (exceptions occur if I am on holiday).

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is available on smaller orders (less than 2kg) and only if placed before 2.30pm. Please phone me on 07779 565559 if it is later than this or if you are not given this option in the shopping cart - I might still be able to get it delivered for you.

UK postage costs apply to delivery to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Overseas orders: please e-mail me with your order if your country is not covered by the shipping cost calculations in my shopping cart.

The overseas postage cost calculated by the shopping cart is an estimate of the actual cost. In the unlikely event of the actual cost being significantly higher (for example if you buy several low cost but heavy items, such as paper liners), I will e-mail you with the extra cost. You will be able to cancel your order for a full refund if this cost is not acceptable.

I prefer to send by courier or Air Sure (priority tracked airmail) where available - these options are more expensive than standard airmail post, but are more reliable! Please note that I am not permitted to ship Tots Bots or Motherease products outside of the UK.

 

Returns policy: unwanted items can be returned unused, unwashed and in a resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt, for a refund less actual postage costs incurred. As long as I still stock the items you have ordered, and at the same price as they were purchased, I am usually happy to take back any unused/unwashed items after this time has elapsed - please contact me. Faulty items within the manufacturer's guarantee period will be replaced or repaired according to their terms and conditions - please ask for details. Please e-mail me before returning anything. You must retain "proof of posting" for all returned items.

 

Order cancellations: if you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, please phone me on 07779 565559 to give you the best chance of catching me before I get to the Post Office - or e-mail me if out of business hours. I will be happy to process a refund for you.

 

Substitutions: if I do not have your item(s) in stock, I will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the expected delay and your alternative options (different colour/product or refund). A telephone number would be helpful in this circumstance. If you are happy to accept a second choice without being contacted, please tell me in the "notes" section.

 

Delivery estimates and delays: most items are posted the same day or next day. Expected delivery times quoted by Royal Mail are: next working day for 1st class, 3 days for 2nd class/standard parcel post, 3-5 days for Europe. However, these are not guaranteed and Royal Mail do not consider items to be lost/delayed until after 15 working days have elapsed since the due date of delivery (25 days for overseas items). Before this time, I cannot claim compensation and therefore cannot provide replacement goods or issue a refund.

Please note that items sent by standard post and standard Air Mail cannot be tracked. For items sent by Special Delivery, Air Sure or courier, I can provide the tracking number on request.

In the event of a parcel taking longer than expected to arrive, the first thing to do is to check with your local Post Office or sorting office - often they have tried to deliver it when you were out but have forgotten to put a card through the door! In the unlikely event that this fails and the above times have been exceeded, then please e-mail me quoting your order number and date.
