With 3 snap-in inserts to choose from, the Tutto doesn't have the bulk associated with a lot of one size options and this nappy fits neat and slim from around 3kgs (newborn baby) right through to a 22kg child. As well as being a gorgeous slim nappy, the Bitti Tutto has a patented 'poo fence' - a complete internal gusset protecting the sides and back, which means you don't need to worry about leaks and can use this nappy with confidence!
