All about the different nappies and wraps
In this section I give you some information about the most popular nappies, etc, that I sell (or can get for you).
I also sell many others that I have not been able to list here, so please do ask if you are looking for something else.
Two part system: nappies and wraps
Two-part system: Nappies
Flip nappy system
A revolutionary nappy system consisting of a form-fitting, popper-fastening onesize cover and a choice of inserts, which can be alternated to suit your circumstances.
The quick-drying Stay-Dry insert will suit most babies for daytime use, the Organic Cotton insert is super-absorbent and can be used equally well during the day and night, and the biodegradeable disposable insert gives a more eco-friendly option for those times when you can't, or simply don't want to, wash nappies. The disposable option is great for weekends away or long days out and fits very neatly as a spare in your handbag for emergencies - it could be used with any nappy cover or pocket nappy outer. Simply tuck the chosen insert under the flaps of the Flip nappy cover and put on your baby. The covers can be re-used several times if not soiled, so less to take out in your changing bag.
These nappies are new to the market in 2010 but are getting great reviews.
Tots Bots - Original & Organic Cotton Tots
Now discontinued, but there are still a few around. This was the original Tots Bots nappy. Made
from top quality white or unbleached fluffy cotton terry towelling, this
nappy is very absorbent and brilliant for containment, but quite bulky and
takes a relatively long time to dry. It has a booster flap poppered in at the
front which can be folded more to the front for a boy or to the middle/back
for a girl, to increase absorbency where you need it most but without making
the whole nappy more bulky, and it speeds up the drying time. The elastic around
the leg openings and waist is snug but still soft. Available with either Aplix
fastening (like Velcro but better) or left bare to use with a nappi nippa.
Most babies will only need the first 2 sizes. The size 2 non-Aplix nappy can be used as a "birth-to-potty" nappy by folding the front down and fastening with a nappi nippa, although this will be very bulky on a small baby. However, if you start using cloth nappies when your baby is more than a couple of months old (or if you have a big baby) this is a very economical option.
Also available in unbleached Organic Cotton.
Bamboozle
Similar
to the cotton Tots Bots nappy, but made from a
luxuriously soft bamboo terry, which is eco-friendly and has natural
antibacterial properties. It is much slimmer than the cotton
version, but is still great on absorbency and containment. The main downside to this nappy is that it takes a long time
to dry - in my experience it takes longer than the unbleached cotton
version, despite the claims that it is quicker drying than cotton.
I would therefore not recommend it as a full-time option for
those without a tumble drier - it is fine to have a few though, as long
as you have some others to use while the bamboozles are drying! The nappies can be tumble dried on low heat, but the fabric
is prone to scorching at higher heat levels or if you tumble them for
too long.
Bamboozles come
in Aplix and a "birth-to-potty" popper version (this adjusts
in the same way as described below for the Motherease Onesize). 
They come in a gorgeous range of colours: aqua, lilac, green, yellow and orange (now discontinued), plus the lovely creamy unbleached.
The latest addition to the range is the fabulous new Bamboozle S-T-R-E-T-C-H!
A supersoft and super-absorbent nappy, made from gorgeously stretchy bamboo, which is more durable than bamboo terry and will stay softer for longer in hard water areas. They have a hidden microfibre core to aid drying and increase absorbency. Poppers at the front mean that each size of nappy fits over a wide range, although in my opinion the size 2 will be a little bulky on a newborn if used as a birth to potty nappy. Suggested weight ranges: size 1 from 5lbs to 18lbs and size 2 from 10lbs to 35lbs.
Flexitots
Flexitots are incredibly lightweight and soft nappies, featuring ActiveFlex technology for superior fit and comfort. The new version has a better fit around the legs - and the super stretchy fabrics and slimfit design ensure it fits like a glove.
This nappy is a good compromise for those that prefer a two-part system with natural fibres near their baby's skin but want a quicker drying nappy than most bamboo nappies are. It has a super soft deluxe short pile viscose bamboo terry inner, which quickly absorbs and disperses liquid, allowing it to pass into the thirsty, yet quickdrying microfibre core. The absorbent core also folds out for even speedier drying. The polyester outer layer is designed to hold wetness into the core but allows baby's skin to breathe. It is quicker drying than the Bamboozle and other bamboo nappies, but not as quick as synthetic nappies.
By folding down the poppers on the front you can reduce the size of these nappies. The size 1 nappy now fits tiny babies: from around 5lbs to 18lbs. However if you have a baby that is 10lbs or more, you could skip the size 1 altogether and go for the size 2 as a birth to potty option (10-35lbs).
Lollipop Softee
Made
from a thick polyester microfibre, this is a very quick-drying
nappy (it feels almost dry when it comes out of the
machine!), whilst still being very absorbent. Lovely and soft (even after repeated washing),
good for containment, but not the slimmest of nappies! Makes a good nighttime nappy.
Comes in two sizes: size 1 to fit approx 7-16lbs and size 2 for 16-35lbs.
Nature Babies Big Softie
This is a very cleverly designed, popper-fastening, birth-to-potty, shaped nappy that does actually fit a newborn without being too bulky, and yet provides a great fit and excellent absorbency on a toddler too. Made in the UK from a soft polyester microfibre, this is another quick-drying nappy. With a soft fleece lining to keep your baby dry, it has an opening at the back where additional absorbency can be added. The nappy adjusts in size by a system of poppers at the front, so it can be set at Small, Medium or Large sizes. The main part of the nappy on its own will be sufficient for most small babies, but each nappy comes with 2 separate thirsty microfibre boosters (one small, one large), meaning you can adjust the absorbency as required to suit your baby or your circumstances. It provides good containment too.
This nappy is great value without compromising on comfort or absorbency. What more could you need?
Motherease/Popolini - Onesize
One of the original birth-to-potty
fitted nappies, these generally fit from approx. 8 - 35lb, depending on the build of
your
baby. The height (rise) of the nappy is reduced by folding down the
front and
the width is adjusted by bringing in the sides and overlapping at the
front. The waist
and legs are gently
elasticated to give a good fit and it fastens with poppers.
It is made from 85% cotton terry towelling (with 15% polyester in the outer weave to reduce shrinkage and increase durability and softness). The (optional) snap-in boosters simply popper in to the front of the nappies to increase their absorbency - they are approx. 14cm x 35cm.
There is a choice of standard or organic cotton version. Motherease also make a bamboo version and a stay-dry version, which has a polyester lining and so avoids the need for a separate fleece liner.
Another nappy that is similar (if not the same!) is the One Life.
Other favourite two-part nappies are the Minki Huggle (good absorbency for nighttime), the Bimble (for newborns), and the Bumble. These are all fleece-lined and easily stuffed if you need more absorbency.
Two-part system: Wraps
Motherease Rikki and Airflow
One of the most popular makes and very reliable, the Motherease Rikki and Airflow wraps are made from a soft polyester with a polyurethane laminate (PUL) waterproof lining. Machine washable at 60ºC max, and can be tumble dried on cool, though there is generally no need as they dry very quickly on an airer.
The Rikki has Aplix hook-and-loop fastening (like Velcro). It has leg gussets and gently elasticated legs and waist for a snug and hopefully leakproof fit. This wrap is slim-fitting and will fit well over virtually every nappy.
Generally 3 sizes will do (in fact large babies could even start in the Medium). Approximate weight guidelines are: Small 6-12lb, Medium 10-20lb, Large 20-35lb (there is also an XSmall and an XLarge available).
The Airflow is popper fastening, with a choice of 3 settings at the waist and legs, and a unique ‘air flow’ pocket across the front of the wrap, making it more breathable. Again it has gently elasticated legs and waist for a snug and hopefully leakproof fit, but it does not have gussetted legs. The lack of Aplix makes it softer across the tummy area and the shape is "baggier" than the Rikki. It can be used over all shaped nappies, but not prefolds, and is especially good for use over folded and nippa'd (or pinned) terry squares and bulkier nappies.
Approximate weight guidelines are: Small 6-12lb, Medium 10-20lb, Large 20-35lb (there are also M/L - for slimmer/taller babies - and an XLarge available). The Airflow wraps are bigger than the Rikki of the same size.
Tots Bots PUL
The Tots Bots white Flexiwrap is soft and stretchy and fits well over most shaped nappies. Also available in a choice of coloured prints, they are made from a soft laminated polyester, and have a soft wick-resistant binding around the edges. The leg gussets have been taken out to make a slimmer fitting wrap than the previous version. They are Aplix fastening and have crossover tabs to cover a good range of shapes/weights.
Approximate size guidelines are: Size 0 6-12lbs, Size 1 10-20lbs, Size 2 20-35lbs. They tend to come up quite large, so if in doubt I would not recommend buying the next size up!
Blueberry Minky wraps
Made from the sumptuous strokeable Minky fabric, these are a wrap for showing off! The Minky fabric is laminated with PUL and this is lined with a layer of polyester knit for a soft and smooth feel. They are
Aplix fastening, with colour coordinated Aplix, and have crossover tabs to cover a good range of
shapes/weights.
Approximate size guidelines are: Small 7-15lbs, Medium 15-30lbs, Large 30-40lbs - although there will be some overlap between the sizes and you need to take into account your baby's shape too. Please ask me if you are not sure.
Blueberry Coverall Onesize wrap
Blueberry Coverall wraps are good value, funky, adjustable PUL wraps that grow with your baby. Features:
Tots Bots fleece
Good for nighttime, these cuddly red fleece wraps work on a different principle to PUL wraps. They are not waterproof but allow a slow evaporation of moisture, letting the nappy breathe more, meaning that it will be less soggy in the morning than it would have been otherwise! Clothes might feel slightly damp but they should not be soaking wet (unless you do not have a sufficiently absorbent nappy, in which case the wee will pass through the wrap and onto the clothes). There is a double layer of fleece fabric in the centre panel for extra protection. They can sometimes be a bit smelly when you take them off, so are best washed after every use, or every other use - but just put them in with your normal wash load that day and they will be dry by the evening!
Generally not recommended for daytime use if your baby will be sitting up or in a car seat for a while, because "compression wicking" can occur (ie the moisture is squeezed out by all the weight of the baby on a concentrated area).
The size guidelines are: Size 1 10-20lbs, Size 2 20-35lbs, Size 3 35lbs+. However, I have found that these come up small and, especially if being used over a bulky nighttime nappy, you are likely to need the next size up a lot earlier, so if in doubt, buy larger!
Wool wraps
Wool works in a similar way to the fleece wraps, by letting the nappy breathe and the moisture evaporate. However, they do need to be lanolised every few weeks to keep them working properly. Unlike fleece, they do not need to be washed very often - just air them during the day and moisture will evaporate & smells disappear (when they don't, it's time to wash!)
There are many different wool wraps/pants available - you (or your Mum/Granny?) can even knit your own! I generally don't stock any but please do ask me if you want to discuss them. I particularly like the Popolini felted wool wrap as being very reliable and a good choice for nighttime, and I can easily order this one for you.
The pink stripey one is embroidered with her name and was a present from my good friend Annie :o) The middle one I knitted myself, from a Woolsoaker pattern. The blue stripey one is a Woolywrap.
Pocket Nappies
FuzziBunz
This
nappy has a waterproof (laminated polyester) outer layer and a lovely soft
fleece inner - the two layers are sewn together with an opening left at the
back, forming a pocket. Absorbent material is placed into the pocket and the
nappy is put on as one piece (although you can still use paper liners if you
want to). FuzziBunz are sold with their own inserts.
Nice and slim, they come in lovely colours! It is a versatile nappy because you can easily vary the absorbency to suit your baby's needs and your own circumstances. For the Perfect Size nappies, approximate weight guidelines are: Small 7-18lb, Medium 15-30lb, Large 25-45lb, and these come with one insert. Most babies will only need the Small and Medium sizes. I do not normally stock these, but can easily get them for you - please ask.
A relatively new nappy, the FuzziBunz Onesize is one of my favourites. Instead of having to fold down the front to adjust the size, as with all other onesize nappies, these have adjustable elastic at the waist and legs, meaning that you can adjust the leg holes to fit even the scrawniest baby! It also makes it easier to stuff in the inserts, becasue there is no fold at the front to get in the way. These nappies come with two 4-layer microfibre inserts - a small one and a larger one.
Happy Heinys Onesize
One of my favourites, these pocket nappies come in a fantastic range of colours and prints. As with all pocket nappies, they are very easy for childminders/nursery staff and dads to use. Made from laminated polyester with a soft fleece inner layer that keeps the moisture away from your baby and remains lovely and soft (you can use paper liners in addition if you want to, for ease of disposal of solid waste).
This is a birth-to-potty
nappy, where the rise (height, from front to back waistbands) is adjusted
via 3 sets of poppers on the outside at the front, giving 4 different rise settings, and the waist also has a wide range of adjustability.
The largest setting on this nappy has plenty of room for taller babies or later potty trainers. The nappies come with 2 microfibre inserts - use the small one when the nappy
is at its smallest setting and the two together at the
larger settings. Now available in Snaps fastening as well as hook-and-loop.
Lollipop Pocket Pop'n'Gro
Slightly different to the other pocket nappies on the market, these come in 2 sizes but each nappy has a "size-within-a-size" - so if you buy both sizes of nappy there are 4 different size settings in total. This means that the first size nappy can be adjusted smaller than most of the onesize nappies (from around 7lbs up to 20lbs+) and the second size is bigger at the largest setting than others (from around 20lbs to 45lbs+).
Lined with soft fleece and with velcro fastenings, they are easy to use and quick to dry. They come in neutral colours - white, yellow and aqua.
Wonderoos
Wonderoos were the original "birth-to-potty"
pocket nappies. The rise (height, from front to
back waistbands) is adjusted via 2 sets of poppers on the outside at the front,
giving 3 different settings. The waistband has several poppers
and the side tabs can be overlapped for a good range of fit around the
tummy. Combined with super-soft fleece on the inside, this is a very durable and soft nappy.
Version 2 is now available, which is trimmer and has different inserts to the original version. The two-piece inserts are made up of a smaller 3-layer synthetic microterry piece (giving a trim fit on a newborn when the nappy is at its smallest setting), and a larger piece, made from 2 layers of bamboo terry that folds into thirds, giving 6 layers of absorbency. The larger piece can be used on its own, or the two can be poppered together for more absorbency, to make a suitable insert for the nappy at its largest and middle sizes. The combined inserts are very absorbent and many people find this a good nappy for nights - the pocket is roomy enough for you to stuff in extra absorbency as required.
Bumgenius 4.0 pocket nappies
Bumgenius
are a very popular and easy-to-use "birth-to-potty" pocket nappy. Currently available in white and 7 colours, the outer is made from soft laminated polyester and the inner is a polyester suedecloth (not as soft as fleece, but doesn't pill with repeated washing). The rise is adjusted
via 2 sets of colour-coordinated poppers on the outside at the front, giving 3 different settings.
The waistband is secured
with a choice of hook-and-loop tabs, which overlap for a good range of fit, or snaps. There is a unique stretchy
panel on each side for added comfort.
They come with 2 microterry rectangular inserts: a Onesize insert, which can be folded down when the nappy is on the smallest or medium settings, plus an extra smaller insert, which can be used on its own for newborn babies and later as an additional booster. Once stuffed, this nappy is as close as you can get to a disposable nappy to put on, and is therefore perfect for child carers and others who might not be familiar with cloth nappies!

Nature Babies Stuffables
Made in the UK, this "birth-to-potty" pocket nappy has plenty of room for growth so would suit larger babies and late potty trainers.
The rise is adjusted via 2 sets of poppers on the outside at the front, giving 3 different settings. Available in either velcro or popper fastening, they give a good range of fit around the tummy. Unlike other brands, they have leg gussets (with silky soft bindings) which allow for better containment of liquid poo on a newborn baby.
They come with 2 "slima stuffs" inserts - slim bamboo/microfibre combi inserts - which can be folded as required - use separately for an extra slim fit, or together for great absorbency.
Blueberry nappies
Blueberry Minky nappies are a "must have" of the nappy world - a fun "birth-to-potty"
pocket nappy. Very similar in shape and adjustability to a
Bumgenius V3 pocket nappy, but made from a gorgeously strokeable
velour-like fabric in a fantastic range of prints and colours. They have
colour-co-ordinated snaps and the
hook-and-loop fastenings come in colours other than white, so they blend in to the prints more than some others. The
tabs are harder for little fingers to undo than many other velcro-fastening
nappies.
They come with a very absorbent microfibre/hemp combination insert, which has a clever loop adjustment to reduce the size when the nappy is on the smaller settings (it is not as bulky as just folding the insert down at the front). The newer patterns also come with a newborn insert to make the nappy slimmer on a small baby.
Relatively expensive, but your baby deserves at least one of these in their nappy collection!
Blueberry Bamboo
This nappy is perfect for those who want the convenience and versatility of a onesize pocket nappy, but prefer natural fibres next to their baby's skin. Instead of a polyester stay-dry inner, this nappy has a silky soft layer of blended bamboo viscose and organic cotton forming the pocket with the waterproof outer layer. They come with two absorbent, yet relatively quick-drying, inserts - a long bamboo/organic cotton insert, which reduces in size via a clever loop adjustment, and a smaller insert suitable for newborns. Use the two together for maximum absorbency.
Popper fastening with 4 sets of complimentary-coloured poppers on both sides at both the waist and legs, giving a good range of adjustability.
The rise adjusts in the same way as the Blueberry pocket nappies, with 3 size settings - Small, Medium & Large - to fit most babies from around 10-35lbs.
Pocket Tots
A birth-to-potty pocket nappy from Tots Bots, made in the UK. Same shape as the popular Tots Bots all-in-one Easyfit (see below), but it has a stay-dry lining and a removable absorbent insert. Unique from other pocket nappies, the lining is a smooth polyester that has a cotton-like feel - it is made from a stretchy non-wicking material, so the wetness is locked inside the nappy and will not leak out around the legs. The nappies come with either a cotton insert or a bamboo insert, which can be folded to fit the nappy at any size. The cotton insert is quicker drying, but bamboo is quicker absorbing and slightly slimmer.
Available in the fabulous stars and spots patterns, though these have now been discontinued. Velcro fastening, with cross-over tabs for a wide range of fit. The nappy adjusts from Small to Medium to Large via 2 sets of poppers on the outside of the nappy. Might be less suitable for newborns where containment is a top priority, because they are not as snug a fit around skinny legs as other nappies.
You can't beat these napies on price!
Minki pocket nappies 
A fun but functional pocket nappy, Nappies by Minki are made in the Outer Hebrides from a range of colourful fleecy fabrics to show off! The pocket is very roomy so they make a good nighttime nappy because you can stuff them with as much absorbency as you need to get your little one through the night with no changes. They come in a Slinki or Standard fit and are multi-sized - please ask me for more details.
All-in-one nappies
Tots Bots Easyfit
With Aplix fastening, and 3 sets of poppers on the outside to adjust the size, this is an easy-to-use all-in-one nappy. Made from soft, light and multi-directional stretch materials, it has a non-wicking waterproof outer with a silky-soft bamboo and microfibre absorbent inner, which folds out for quicker drying. There are no separate inserts to get lost or to need matching up after washing - just tuck in the flap, add a liner and off you go!
The inner is edged with a superior non-wicking material to prevent leaks. The combination of bamboo and microfibre makes for great absorbency without bulk. The pocket can be useful for stuffing in extra absorbency, though most babies will not need this, except perhaps at nighttime.
The range of fit is good and it is not too bulky on a newborn. Being partly bamboo, drying-time is generally slower than pocket nappies, but the combination of fibres and the fold-out flap means that it is not as slow as bamboo fitted nappies.
The Pop-in from Close Parent
The popular Pop-In nappy is a unique hybrid nappy system - a cross between an all-in-one nappy and a two-part system! The inner soaker poppers inside the outer shell so that it comes apart for easy washing and drying and cleverly goes back together again ready to simply fasten around your baby. The soakers are now available to buy separately, meaning that this nappy system can be used like a two-part system where you can re-use the cover (if not soiled) and simply popper in a fresh insert. You can't beat this for excellent value!
With the Original version, the inner soaker is made from colour co-ordinated, soft, super-absorbent yet slim bamboo - it comes in two parts, which can be used either poppered together or with just one part for less bulk. The nappy can also be bought with a dri-night booster for extra absorbency, eg overnight or on long journeys. There are gussets at the legs for a soft but snug fit to keep everything contained, great for newborns! The outer cover is a unique non-wicking PUL (waterproof) material that feels amazingly soft, like brushed cotton, and is available in five unisex pastel colours - coconut (white), custard (yellow), pumpkin (orange - pictured left), pistachio (green) and duck egg (blue).
This is a birth-to-potty nappy; there are now 4 sets of poppers on the front of the nappy to adjust the size setting for your baby (small, medium, large and toddler). The nappy fastens with stretchy aplix tabs for a snug and reliable fit at any age. This nappy is ideal for those who want an economical birth-to-potty nappy but prefer natural fibres next to their baby's skin.
Also now available, the Dream Dri version - ideal for those who want very quick drying nappies. Same styling & size adjustment, but the inner is made of a soft, fluffy, super quick drying synthetic fibre - slightly more bulky than the bamboo version and marginally less absorbent, but still a great nappy
Bumgenius All-in-One
This nappy has a synthetic microfibre soaker core and a polyester stay-dry lining, neatly surrounded by a waterproof PUL outer layer and all stitched in together. As with all the Bumgenius nappies, fhe fabric is lovely and soft, both inside and out. The waistband is secured with velcro tabs, which overlap for a good range of fit, and has a unique stretchy panel on each side for added comfort. The nappy has good elastication at the waist at the back and around the leg cuffs to provide a snug but adjustable fit.
A great feature of this nappy, and an improvement on most other all-in-ones, is that it also has a covered opening at the back where you can add extra absorbency if required, eg overnight or if you have a heavy wetter. Something small and slim, such as a hemp booster would be ideal.
Drying time is, as with all All-In-Ones, fairly slow, but having a polyester core is quicker than most and due to the opening at the back it can be turned inside out part-way through to improve drying.
It comes in 4 sizes, but you will not necessarily need all of them: XSmall approx 6-12lbs, Small approx 9-15lbs, Medium approx 14-23lbs, Large 22-35lbs+. Available in white or the 4 original Bumgenius colours - Twilight (blue), Grasshopper (green), Butternut (yellow), Blossom (pink).
Bumgenius Organic Onesize
This nappy has the same 3 x 3 adjustment system as the Bumgenius V3 pocket nappies to make it fit most babies from birth to around 2 years. The waistband is secured with two rows of poppers, and has a unique stretchy panel on each side for added comfort.
On the inside there are 6 layers of absorbent Fairtrade Organic cotton, that fold neatly inside. The cotton layers are stiched to the outer cover at the front and back of the nappy but left open at the sides to allow air to circulate whilst drying, making it quicker than some other all-in-ones to dry (although it should be noted that this is not a quick-drying nappy!). It can be tumble-dried on medium heat.

Pop'n'Gro AIO from Lollipop
A onesize almost-all-in-one nappy! 2 sets of poppers on the front allow the Pop'n'gro to fold down to fit a small baby and grow to a generous size for the larger toddler. Highly absorbent microfibre is covered with a supersoft fleece lining so that baby is always dry and comfortable. With two boosters included with every nappy, the Pop'n'gro offers amazing flexibility: use the nappy unboosted to start with and then mix and match the bamboo and microfibre boosters for more absorbency. If you need it - simply add it to the nappy. I don't normally stock these but can get them for you if you are interested.
Swim nappies
Imse Vimse
Imse Vimse swim nappies consist of a layer of soft leakproof fabric and a stretchy bathing costume fabric on the outside, with very soft and smooth elastic around the waist and legs. Snap fastenings make it easy to pull them on and take them off, even when wet. Rinse the nappies thoroughly in chlorine-free water after use. Wash at 40° C (delicate wash programme) if necessary.
Extra pocket nappy inserts and boosters
Microfibre inserts
The inserts from Bumgenius pocket nappies can be purchased separately. This is a pad made from three layers of a short-pile synthetic micro-terry fabric. They are reasonably quick-drying, but heavy wetters will need an additional booster.
Bamboo boosters
A rectangular pad made from two layers of a short-pile bamboo-terry fabric, which can be folded in half to fit into most nappies, giving a total of four extra layers of fabric. Soft, slim and absorbent. Also suitable as a pocket nappy insert for a newborn baby.
Heiny hemp Stuffins
These come in two parts - a full-size hourglass-shaped insert and a small oval booster, giving a total a total of 7 layers of hemp fleece in the desired "wet zone" (at the front for a boy, in the middle/back for a girl) but without making the whole nappy bulky. You may put additional small ovals into the pocket for added protection in the wet zone if needed, eg at nighttime or for very heavy wetters.
Hemp is very thirsty and provides excellent absorbency whilst still being nice and slim. The main downside is that it takes a long time to dry and I would not recommend it as a full-time option for those without a tumble drier - best to have some other nappies/inserts to use while the hemp is drying!
Combination hemp/microfibre inserts
These are the inserts that come with the Blueberry pocket nappies. Slim but absorbent, they come in a One Size design, which folds cleverly in a loop system so that it has 2 layers of microfibre and 4 layers of hemp in the "wet zone" but opens out into a long rectangle of 2 layers and hence dries quickly, despite being partly hemp.
Hemp boosters
The small oval hemp boosters that come as part of the Stuffins can also be purchased separately. They are made from 3 layers of hemp and are useful for additional absorbency in any nappy system, without adding bulk.
Cotton or bamboo terry boosters
Small boosters can be purchased made of 2 or 3 layers of unbleached cotton terry or bamboo. Please ask for details.
